1-Mostly, I drew the Aluminum injection molds, separated the mold, what the mold elements would be and I could create the technical drawings of the mold elements for production. First of all, I make all the controls of the 3d data you have according to the technical drawing, if it is a drawing that cannot be removed from the mold, we create the molding process, then I create the female mold and remove the separation line and make it male in the 3d environment. I take out the technical drawing of each element of the mold separately and file it. If desired, I offer the opportunity to make a presentation with a 3d pdf file. Injection Molding is serious business. Correct design of the mold is very important for the mold to have a long life and to work efficiently. If you want to work with an experienced and reliable person, I am ready to make an offer. 2-When you have an idea as a prototype, I can work together to help you draw the product you want in 3d. I have been designing metal injection molds by actively using Solidworks program for more than 15 years.
